Our fleet of machines
24 injection machines of 60 to 8,800 tons : parts of a few grams to 100 kg (22 presses of less than 8 years of age), all with 4-axis robots, digital, magnetic chucks, centralized material, filmeuse automatic.
All the presses are doubled in order to provide a measure of security.
Our blowers
6 blowers : 1 blower 50 tons, 1 blower, 80 tons, 1 blower, 100 ton, 1 blower 200 tons, 1 blower 300 tons and 1 blower 500 tons : pieces of 2.5 liters to 2500 liters or 80 kg (Average age of the fleet of blowing : 3 years).
Integration of 6-axis robots to reduce production costs.
Material
Silos materials site BELLIGNAT : 4 x 100 tons and 2x 75 tons.
12 mixers vertical 12 Tons.
Silos materials site NURIEUX : 12 silos or a total of 1600 tons.
Centralized material fitted scoop of the weight to be the most consistent and accurate on the color requested by the customer.
The knowledge of all plastics with 20 000 tons of processed material per year :
- PP, PE, HDPE, PVC, SAN, PC, PMMA, ABS, POM
- , PP loaded talc and fiberglass, PA charge 30 % and 50% glass fiber,
- PP, V0, ABS V0 (electrical)
- Elastomer: EPDM
