Achievement of outillage :

Monitoring and implementation of molds for injection molding and blow molding of 100 kg to 100 ton, single or multi prints. Test tooling and validation of the piece by the customer.

We take care of the maintenance mold of our clients so that they can be 100% in their development (Disassembly and assembly tooling, Cleaning, cooling system, Analysis of the blocks hot, Change the o-ring, Repair hydraulic…).

Production :

Manufacture of parts from a few grams to up to 52 kg) injection and 2.5 l to 1000l or 45 kg in blow.

Our experience allows us to manage all of the materials used : PP, PE, HDPE, PVC, SAN, PC, PMMA, ABS, POM, PP charged talc and fiberglass, PA charge 30 % and 50% glass fiber, PP, V0, ABS V0 (electrical), elastomer: EPDM.

The collaboration with our suppliers allows us to be informed of developments in the field in order to offer them to our customers.

Logistics :

Indoor storage over 13 000 m2 5 000 m2 rack-automated. Outdoor storage 57 000 m2.

Thanks to our experience with the central purchase, our logistics is organized to deliver the parts our customers to the palette, to the truck or container across the globe.

We have the largest press inject to the WORLD (mono-tea / mono-injection) !
